Online store regulations

1. Scope of application

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online store.

1.2. Our store is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1. The sales agreement is concluded with Infinity Ventures Ecom Limited.

2.2. The products presented in the store constitute an invitation to conclude a contract.

2.3. An order is placed by adding products to the cart and clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button.

2.4. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are final prices.

3.2. Available payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card

• Bank transfer

• Other available methods indicated when ordering

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

4.2. Shipments are handled by logistics partners such as InPost, DPD, DHL or other courier companies.

4.3. Some products may be shipped directly from international suppliers.

4.4. Standard delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.

4.5. Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are clearly stated when placing the order.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written declaration must be sent (e.g. by e-mail).

5.3. The product must be returned undamaged within 14 days of notification.

5.4. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

6. Complaints and liability for defects

6.1. The general provisions regarding liability for defects in goods apply.

6.2. In the event of a defective product, the customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints should be directed to: help@wawa-collective.pl

7. Protection of personal data

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the law applicable at the place of registration of the company, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions in the customer's country of residence provide otherwise.

8.2. All disputes will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the company's registered office, taking into account consumer protection regulations.
